The standard format for asking Schneider for money — deliberately short. Five sections, maximum six pages: the problem and its evidence (from discovery), the proposed solution and its validation results, the outcome commitments with baselines and measurement dates, the ask (team, budget, duration for the first tranche only), and the risks with the assumption you would test next. The template forbids ranges wider than 2x on any number ('€200k–2M' is not an estimate) and requires naming what you will stop doing to make room. Cases are written by the Product Owner, sponsored by a named business leader, and reviewed at Gate 2 of the investment approval process.
